Jan and I traveled portions of the Long Lonesome Highway last month (July, 2009) on our three-week ride. Here are a few pictures from the trip for you to enjoy. Hang in There.

We also found the bridge at Hoback Junction, south of Jackson where the closing scene to "The Old Motorcycle Fiasco" was filmed, that is where Jim Bronson and Keenan Wynn split apart, one heading north on US 89/ US26 the other heading East on US191/ US189.

Jan is approaching Antelope Point headed south, just north of Jackson, and can be seen in the closing credits. It was really a terrific ride and one I will always remember.

We took photos on US 191 along the portion that was filmed on the closing credits. We will be heading back in a couple of seasons to Wilson and to find the some of the other locations.
